Key Facts
Client Type: Education
Technology: Geothermal
Geography: Central

How Our Services Helped:

We located 18 vertical geothermal boreholes under an existing parking lot. The heating and cooling capacity is approximately 220 tons: the system is designed to require no additional chillers or boilers. As well as providing a micro-ecosystem, the 21,500 square foot green roof assists with heat management. With the geothermal system, the building is on target for LEED Silver certification.
